Florence McGinn, CEO of Insynthesis, served in the Clinton administration as a United States Commissioner on the Commission on Web-based Education. Florence McGinn serves on Boards and Advisories for the GKE Foundation, the Mediatech Foundation, Pennywhistle Projects, and Technology and Learning magazine. Florence McGinn was United States 1998 National Technology and Learning Teacher of the Year.



The book BLOOD TRAIL is full-length collection of poetry by Florence McGinn is published by Pennywhistle Press. First printing, 2000; second printing, 2004. Florence McGinn has published over 300 literary pieces, articles, and papers. She has published education industry, pedagogical, and literary materials in the United States, China, Singapore, and Canada.


Florence McGinn retired from the Vice Presidency of GKE in 2005. She still provides, on an advisor consultancy and projects basis, education industry business development expertise, writing services, and education and learning projects advisory services.

Florence McGinn continues to write and publish. She provides creative writing and innovative learning workshops for students, educators, festivals, and publishing events.
