E-TESTIMONY


E-Testimony submitted to the former Congressional Commission on Web-based Education was extensive. You may access the Web-based Education Commission's e-testimony page where you may view any of the e-testimony submitted to the Commission.

Submitted e-testimony received was categorized under five headings. At the Web-based Education Commission's site, you may search for e-testimony by leaving this site and viewing at http://www.hpcnet.org/webcommission From the main page, click into the E-Testimony area from the buttons along the top of the page. There, you will be able to view the e-testimony through links organized in this fashion:


Viewing all e-testimony - If you prefer to view the entire list of e-testimony, click the highlighted "View All e-Testimony" link to retrieve a complete list of the e-testimony in date order. You may then click on the preferred link to view e-testimony submitted.

Viewing all organizations or individuals - If you prefer to view the entire list of organizations or individuals that have submitted e-testimony, click the highlighted "View All Organizations/Individuals" link to retrieve a complete list in alphabetical order. You may then click on the preferred link to view e-testimony submitted.

Educational Interest - If you wish to view e-testimony that addresses specific issues pertaining to preK-12, higher education, or adult education, click on the preferred link under the "Educational Interest" section. You'll be brought directly to a list of all related e-testimony. You may then click on specific e-testimony.

Policy Issues - If you have a specific policy interest, for example, access and equity or intellectual property protection, etc., click on the preferred link under the "Policy Issues" section to view all e-testimony that addresses your interest. You'll be brought directly to related e-testimony.

Type of organization or individual submitting e-testimony - If you are interested in viewing e-testimony submitted by, for example, all students, or all college or university officials, etc., click on the preferred link under the "Organization/Individual Type" section. You'll be brought to a list of all the organizations or individuals submitting e-testimony under that category, from which you can click on a specific preference.
